PILATES FOR MEN – NEW WEEKLY CLASS
This weekly class aims to gently increase movement and gradually strengthen muscles.
Pilates is gentle, low impact, and works with controlled and fluid movement. Pilates instructor teaches pilates exercises to individuals recovering from illness, and surgery, to help build up their strength again. As with all exercise programmes do not exercise if you feel unwell or have any symptom that worries you. Discuss it with your doctor.
