Upcoming events

ARC works in collaboration with Health Care Professionals to provide educational and informational talks on various topics relating to a cancer diagnosis and cancer care.

Ongoing Wellness

ARC Cancer Support Centres holds a number of talks on tips and techniques for managing symptoms that arise as side effects of cancer or in response to treatments. These talks provide practical information to help with wellbeing and self-image.
Topics covered in these talks include: nutrition, physical activity, dealing with cancer fatigue, effective pain management strategies and positive appearance.

Help with Palliative Care & Bereavement

ARC Cancer Support Centres offers a series of talks for friends and family dealing on palliative care and how it improves the quality of life of patients.
Through our talks on bereavement, ARC provides participants with the opportunity to explore and discuss the different stages of grief and how to find support in this personal journey.
