What is ARC?

ARC Cancer Support Centre is an Irish voluntary organisation that supports men and women affected by cancer. Whether someone has recently been diagnosed with cancer, is recovering from treatment, or is a parent, family member, or friend of someone with cancer, coming to terms with a cancer diagnosis can have a devastating impact.

ARC offers professional support, counselling and complementary therapies in a calm and caring environment to nurture the individual, relieve their stress and anxiety, and encourage healing in a holistic manner.

"I consider it a special gift to be able to create a safe space for people where they feel free to open up and express their feelings and needs authentically - and this is exactly what you did for each one of us...it's a miracle to me" - Anna Page

"Everywhere I went there was a smiling loving face to greet me. I had found somewhere to be 'me' in my situation. I knew my healing had begun” –Angela
