At ARC Cancer Support Centres, our goal is to provide FREE psychological, emotional, educational and practical support to people with cancer and those who care for them.
Due to COVID-19 ARC Cancer Support Centres is now providing its range of FREE support services remotely, via telephone or online. These include a telephone support service and remote counselling, while clients can also avail of a virtual cuppa and a chat with one of the ARC team. We also have a range of online classes, talks and programmes for people with cancer and their families running on a regular bases. These include weekly stress management, relaxation, mindfulness and yoga classes via Zoom.
