At ARC our mission is to provide psychological, emotional, practical and educational support to people with cancer and those who care for them, through a warm, welcoming and client centres approach and to ensure that everyone in Ireland is aware of, and able to access these services.
Due to COVID-19 we are now providing most of our range of free support services remotely, via telephone or online. Our three Centres are open Tuesday to Thursday, for Counselling, Acupuncture and Manual Lymph Drainage appointments.
To find out more about safety and hygiene in our centres, please click here. Remote services include a telephone support service and remote counselling, while clients can also avail of a virtual cuppa and a chat with one of the ARC team.
We also have a range of online classes, talks and programmes for people with cancer and their families running on a regular bases. These include weekly stress management, relaxation, mindfulness and yoga classes via Zoom.
