We are Seeking- Support Volunteers

At ARC our mission is to provide psychological, emotional, practical and educational support to people with cancer and those who care for them, through a warm, welcoming and client centred approach and to ensure that everyone in Ireland is aware of, and able to access these services. We are fortunate at ARC Cancer Support Centres to have a team that is committed to making a difference, and for that reason we believe it is a great place to work.

We have three Cancer Support Centres across Dublin. Our Centres are a haven from the outside world, offering support, free-of-charge, to men, women and children affected by cancer and those who care for them. We offer a range of supports including information service by phone, e-mail and drop in, counselling, complementary therapies, survivorship courses, support groups, wellness classes and talks.

Volunteering is the foundation of ARC Cancer Support Services, and the spirit of volunteering remains central to the organization.  Our volunteers provide valuable support to clients attending ARC.  They ensure a warm welcome and provide a confidential listening ear to all who

We are currently seeking Information Support volunteers to engage with clients who contact us by phone, e-mail and drop in.
