Position:  Outreach and Volunteer Manager

Salary: The salary for this role is €50,000 depending on experience

Type: Full-time, 3-year, Fixed-Term.

Location: This role will be mainly based in 65 Eccles Street, Dublin 7, with regular visits to all centres and travel required to designated outreach locations and partner/hospital site visits .

ARC Cancer Support Centres provide psychological, emotional, educational and practical support to people affected by cancer, and those who care for them. Their services are delivered in a warm, welcoming environment and are offered free of charge, ensuring that anyone who needs support can access it.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in ARC’s growth and future impact. As Outreach and Volunteer Manager, you will expand ARC’s presence in communities, build strong partnerships, and develop a supported, motivated volunteer network that enables ARC’s services to thrive.
This is a valued, hands on leadership role for someone who believes in the power of connection, community, and volunteers to create meaningful change. You will be a key driver of outreach and engagement, connecting people, places and programmes to ensure ARC’s services are:

By working closely with ARC Centres and outreach locations, you will help shape how ARC grows sustainably and supports more people affected by cancer.
