Our services include professional counselling, outreach peer support calls, weekly wellbeing & resilience building classes, workshops, courses, talks and support groups. Our services are confidential, professional and caring, designed to enhance your coping skills and improve your quality of life during your cancer journey.
All our Services are FREE of charge and open to those diagnosed with cancer, as well as their loved ones.

What we offer

Manual Lymph Drainage

This four-week chair yoga course can help reduce the impact of chronic illnesses and can help with stress management and coping with pain.

Teaches coping technique that can be put into daily practice to minimise stress.
