Peer Support Groups

“Peer support” is a term that is used to refer to support and help received from fellow patients with a similar condition. Peer support facilitators in ARC Cancer Support  Centres are trained to support the group.

Creative groups

At this time, our groups are unable to meet in ARC Centres due to publich health advice. When the situation changes we will provide updated information. In the past, ARC Cancer Support Centres hosted a range of knitting, crocheting and card-making sessions offering an opportunity to unleash your artistic and creative side. This was an opportunity to meet with others affected by cancer in a social environment and we hope that in due course we can restore these groups in our centres.
